Need to make a return? Art Girl Shay accepts returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE

• Upon approval of your return, you have a 14-day window to send back the items. This means that the item must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date, considering the shipping duration as well.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the item. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns.

• Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for us to process your store credit to your account.
